2. User Responsibilities
You Must:

You Must Not:

3. Payment Terms
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in these terms.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.
Late Payments
Services may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments. A late fee may apply to overdue accounts as permitted by law.
4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VC AI Creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VC AI Creator in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
5. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard.
Upon termination, you will retain access to paid services until the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
We will provide reasonable notice for terminations not related to violations of these terms.
